Aloe Vera for cold and flu
During the winter season, doctors always advise everyone, especially the elderly, children, and the vulnerable, to get an influence vaccination (flu jab). It is very important to get an influenza vaccination, especially for these groups.

The flu can often lead to very serious problems in those with weak immune systems, even death. More people died of the flu between 1918 and 1919, than in World War one. Over 70 million people died in just two years, due to an outbreak of the flu.
How you can counter the flu depends on the quality of your immune system. If your immune system is strong, your body will be able to fight the flu quickly. The main reason that so many people died in 1918 is the fact that people had very weak immune systems, and they could not fight the flu.
Most people do not know just how strong their immune system actually is. There are a number of ways to keep your body strong and your immune system healthy. Firstly, you should keep fit. Getting regular exercise will benefit you greatly. This can be as easy as taking a walk daily. Secondly, you should assure you get enough sleep. Go to bed as early as possible in order to get adequate sleep. Thirdly, you should eat well. Your body, and your immune system, will function better when supplied with the proper nutrients.
Fruits and vegetables can do wonders for you immune system. Berries, vegetables, grapes, and Aloe Vera supplements like Aloeride provide great help to your immune system.
